About the Consultant Editors:
Kamini and Kabir Mustafi are school
teachers who began their joint careers – after working separately since 1974 –
at St Paul’s School, Darjeeling. They spent 13 years there before accepting an
invitation in 1991 from Bishop Cotton School, Shimla, to lead. They stepped
down in 2004, having also completed 30 years. Since 2005 they have virtually
travelled the length and breadth of the country, helping promoters set up
schools; to turn around struggling schools and training young principals, staff
and children in various aspects of education. Editorial consultancy is also
part of their portfolio of work.
