About the Authors:

Vivek Viswan V., (CDCS, MBA) is presently working as a trade finance officer in Bank of Montreal, Toronto, Canada. He earlier worked in Bank of Baroda and the South Indian Bank Ltd. Mr Vivek has more than twelve years of experience on various aspects of banking. He has extensive experience in dealing with trade finance, foreign exchange management, microfinance and ethics. Mr Vivek was a faculty member in the staff training college at the South lndian Bank Ltd. Mr Vivek has also presented papers and articles on foreign exchange management, microfinance and business ethics in national and international seminars. His areas of interest include currency analysis, foreign exchange management, trade finance and leverage of IT in business. He has also published books on essentials of microfinance and ethics. He is a member of the lndian Banks Association.

Dr M.M. Sulphey is Professor, College of Business Administration, Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He has two decades of experience in the industry and over seven years of teaching experience. A postgraduate in Commerce and Human Resource Management from the University of Kerala and Psychology from Madras University, he also has an LLB from the University of Kerala. Further, he has a PG diploma in Personnel Management from the National lnstitute of Personnel Management (NIPM), Kolkata. He has a Ph.D. in Organisational Behaviour from the University of Kerala. He is also an associate member of the Insurance lnstitute of India, Mumbai, as well as a member of the National Executive Committee and the lndian Society for Training and Development (ISTD), New Delhi. He is an approved Research Guide of Bharathiar University, Coimbatore; and Anna University, Chennai. He has published a number of articles in national and international journals. He has also presented papers on management-related subjects in a number of national international seminars. He is the author of five books.
